At Agaca Tours and Travel, sustainability isn’t just a corporate policy; it is woven into the fabric of our operations through our close partnership with Hawk’s Eye Lodge Bunyonyi. We believe that meaningful travel should leave a lasting, positive footprint on the environment and the communities we call home.
Our commitment to social responsibility and environmental conservation is demonstrated through active, hands-on initiatives:
Community Empowerment & Livelihoods

Empowering Women
Empowering Women: In collaboration with the Rotary Club Kampala South, we support the Nyacoonga Women’s Group. Our contributions focus on economic independence and health through the provision of energy-saving stoves and livestock initiatives, such as supplying ducks for sustainable income generation.

Supporting the Next Generation
Every year, we partner with the Rotary Club of Kampala South to visit and provide essential supplies to Grace Villa, ensuring that vulnerable children have the resources they need to thrive.
Environmental Stewardship & Reforestation
Environmental Stewardship & Reforestation

Greening Schools
Together with the Rotary Club of Kampala South, we successfully implemented a fruit tree planting project at Buranga Secondary School to promote food security and environmental education.
Faith-Based Conservation: We have extended our reforestation efforts to local spiritual hubs, planting trees at both Bufuka and Kitoma Churches of Uganda.

Large-Scale Afforestation
Through a strategic partnership with Parity Forests and the National Forestry Authority (NFA), we are committed to a massive restoration project covering 100 hectares within the Tala Forest Reserve in Kyankwanzi.
